NOTE: For foreign nationals performing in India, check whether a P-1 (Entertainer) visa is required for commercial shows. A tourist visa does not permit paid performances. Contact the relevant embassy or an immigration lawyer for the most current requirements.

PRIVACY: This document contains sensitive personal and financial information. Store it in a password-protected location and share only with authorised tour personnel. Do not print and leave copies at venues.
TDS COMPLIANCE: Any promoter or venue paying an Indian resident artist or crew member more than INR 30,000 per show (or INR 1 lakh annually) must deduct TDS under Section 194C. PAN collection is essential for issuing Form 16A.
PAYMENT PREFERENCES: Note the preferred payment method for each person — UPI is instant and traceable, making it the preferred method for crew settlement after shows.
