You're releasing music, playing shows, building something real, and the next level still feels further off than the work you're putting in should make it. You think it's the music. It usually isn't. It's everything around the music: the economics, the identity, the network, the way you release. That's the part no one taught you, and it's the part we work on.
Not everyone wants the full picture. If you just want one thing solved, a release that isn't landing or a profile that isn't converting, we can start there instead. The specific fix or the whole map, your call.
If two of these are true, this programme is worth a conversation.
He knows how streaming, distribution, and deals actually pay versus how artists assume they do. He brings the economics, the phone book, and pattern recognition from hundreds of artists.
She works on brand identity, social strategy, and positioning: who you are to your audience, and whether everything around your music says the same thing.
Most artists have a gap on one of these two sides, and often both: the business they don't understand, and the identity they haven't crystallised. It takes both of us to close it, which is why it's the two of us and not one.
In the first two weeks, you share three things: your expenses for the last six months, your phone book (who you know), and your ambitions (who you want to be in eighteen months).
In the next two weeks, we map what we see: the gaps, the leverage you're already sitting on, and the specific things blocking the next rung.
At the end of the month, you get a document: your twelve-month picture, your KPIs, and exactly what stands between you and the next level, named specifically. That document is yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
If the first month is useful and you want to continue, month two onwards is a structured working relationship on the same monthly basis. Now you have the map, and we execute against it together. Continuing is your choice, not a default.
Most artists we talk to are between rungs two and three. The first month tells you exactly what's between you and the next one.
We are currently working with two artists. We are not taking on more than four at a time.
Tell us where you are, what you are making, and what is blocking you. We will tell you honestly if this is the right fit.
