Artist Development Programme

You're already moving.
You just can't see what's in the way.

You're releasing music, playing shows, building something real, and the next level still feels further off than the work should make it. It's everything around the music: the money, the identity, the network, the way you release. That's the part no one taught you, and the part we work on.

Does this sound like your year?

The track that never came out
Finished two months ago, still unreleased because one thing is missing. The moment passes.
The plan that died in February
Made sense in January. Fourteen posts in, it stopped. Nobody noticed.
The list that never moves
Forty tasks, no sense of which three matter. The same ones sit at the top every month.
The spend with no return
Money on a mix, a shoot, a campaign, and no way to tell if any came back.
The isolation of building alone
Decisions in a vacuum. No one around who has done it, no peers in the same market.

If two of these are true, this programme is worth a conversation.

The part no one does with you

Every release costs money. Most never earn it back.

Money out
Recording, mixing, artwork, a video, ads, the show you play at a loss to be seen.
Money back
Streams, show fees, merch, sync, and the fans who stay and pay for the next release.

We put the two side by side, release by release, and make sure what you spend comes back.

Who you'd be working with
Siby John
The money, the network, the patterns

The money math, the phone book, and pattern recognition from hundreds of artists. He knows what a stream, a show, and a deal actually pay.

Karishma Changroth
The identity, the positioning, the brand

Brand identity, social strategy, and positioning: who you are to your audience, and whether everything says the same thing.

Most artists have a gap on one of these two sides, and often both: the business they don't understand, and the identity they haven't crystallised. It takes both of us to close it, which is why it's the two of us and not one.

The network behind you

More than the two of us.

You work directly with Siby and Karishma on your release strategy, and behind us a bench of specialists we bring in when a release needs them: PR, social, marketing, video production, design, legal, and IPRS. You never have to find, hire, or manage freelancers yourself.

What the first month looks like

Start with one month. No commitment beyond that.

01
Weeks 1-2
You share your money in and out over six months, your phone book, and where you want to be in eighteen months.
02
Weeks 3-4
We map the gaps, the leverage you already have, and what's blocking the next rung.
03
End of month
You get a document naming your twelve-month picture, your KPIs, and exactly what's in the way. Yours to keep.

We work with very few artists at a time.

One month to start.
No commitment beyond that.
A flat fee, no rights taken, no commission. We share the rate on the call, once we understand where you are and what you need.

Tell us where you are.

Tell us where you are, what you are making, and what is blocking you. We will tell you honestly if this is the right fit.
